10k service

I just had my 1.4 Ibiza SCS serviced today and they didn't reset the service alert as the computer the use was broken, so now it keeps beeping every time i turn the ignition and its starting to get annoying. Anybody know how to fix it without me having to go back???

Hey,

I would go back, as if their computer was broken they did not read the engine management fault codes etc. Sounds like they have done half a job mate.

Was the service at a Seat dealer?
How much did they charge for the service?

Yes it was the Seat dealer I purchased the car from, I've been paying around £25 a month on a service plan since I bought it

Sounds a bit dear for a service plan mind you saying that my dealer didnt offer me one. Is that a from SEAT themselves or just a personal service your dealer offers

I'm pretty sure its the dealers plan as they have a number of different showrooms on the lot. I've only got the car for 3 years and I only have to pay for the plan for 2 years. It covers 3 services at about £300 each.
