180 Degree 3 Pole Fan Switch

I have bought the Neuspeed 180 degree 3 pole fan switch and plug but it comes without any wiring instructions, i have searched but found nothing, has anyone fitted this? if so could you tell me how you wired it up, cheers.

Yep thats the one, what wire goes to what?

mines not here yet... trial and error i guess or wade in with a multi meter. gotta be an earth.. switched live??

Its on the bottom of the rad on the right hand side looking at the front of the car.
