Mine came with one to start with, dont like the sealant stuff as they only sort some of the issues that can happen to a wheel / tyre.

Am i right in assuming that i do need a 18inch space saver .I have 18inch alloys on my mk3,but i am sure i read someone had used a 16inch,seems strange.

I was advised that on 18" wheels you should use the 18" space saver.

You only need the 18" spacesaver to fit over bigger brakes.

IIRC - up to 288mm discs are ok with a 16" spacesaver

Without coming across stupid,in my fuel cap i have two listed 125/70/R16 and 125/70/R18.
Even though i do have 18inch Alto Alloys fitted, does this indicate that i can have either.

Cheers

Yes - both space savers are the same rolling diameter.

I believe that if you specify the Seat Sound System it comes with an 18inch space saver, to house the sub woofer, even if you have 16inch wheels on the car.
