2.0 8v tuning advise

Ooh, just realised that was post 999 so I just had to add another one to get me to 1000. Well it's taken me 5.5 years but I got there!

im running 115bhp, the normal standard power on standard set up, im looking for more power, whats the real limit u can achieve with the agg engine? inc forced induction

lots, but easier to buy a mk3 1.8T.
i would think the non-crossflow head is the major restriction amongst other things such as getting turbo/super working properly, not too many successes just lately
