2.0 abf ibiza need good gearbox

i have this ibiza and i have abf engine with kr ported and polished head with abf cams

i have 2 proplems
1st i broked 2 gearbox and now i have aug gearbox but its too slow in all gears i need gearbox give me big torque in 1st and 2nd gears and in the same time give me topspeed and can Bear the strength from that engine what code can i use ....

2nd proplem

i need to know the compression ratios in my engine with this head and this head will give me more hp and trq or will make me loss some .

i hope some one help me​

standard ABF box is good enough for what you need surely?

but the abf box is too weak in the 1 and 2 gear .. coz it clutch work with oil and the top speed not to far i need more

what do you mean too weak?
im putting 300+bhp through mine and similar torque numbers at the moment and its only getting more powerful... and the box hasnt skipped a beat yet.

i dont understand what youre saying about the clutch/oil though?

the Pedal work by oil press not with wire and i mean Weak in the 1st and 2nd gear or that box fast after the 100 km\h

i think about the 4t g.box the ratios is f.d 3.89 1st 3.45 2nd 1.94 3rd 1.29 4th .91 5th .71 i hope it can Bear the strength coz it was in 1.6 and 1.8 engine what do u think about it

The correct ABF gearbox is a 02A with ratios CDA and this gearbox is cable not hydraulic (oil).

Don't know what the 4T is from?? The 02A box is very strong, like Ben said 300+bhp is easily handled!

Or if you have some money bit aside source a ex VW Cup car dog box like mine lol.

if the 4T box is out of the 1.6 8v and the 1.8 8v like the mk2 golfs then its not a good box at all... its rod shift and like chocolate... if its not the mk2 golf box then i have no idea what it is either

02A you can stick a longer final drive in if you want for optimum motorway driving, but youll really only get a better 5th gear without messing about with all the ratios

02A I SEE ALL OF YOU LIKE THIS .... SO WHICH exactly code in the 02a will be gr8 in the 1st and 2nd gear and give me top speed . ! cha or ayk or agc . or which one ! thx ibiza_95 and dave_r for your help
