2.0tdi possible head gasket Problem again

Hi there has anyone had head gasket go on their 2.0tdi twice?? I had head gasket replaced & oil cooler pressure tested.. Oil cooler was fine. Have checked code on side of head & mine is later head with no reported problems according to Internet!!! Car was going 100%, now mixing oil with water again... No water in oil tho! I've heard horror story's from VW mechanics about cracked heads & engine blocks going porous, then again I've been told to replace oil cooler.. Can anyone help me please.. Cheers

Replace the oil cooler if it's not been done already.

Yep both 1.9 & 2.0 pd engines.

Seen that alot more frequently than head/block faults.

Thanks a lot for your help.. Would you know the torque settings for 2.0 tdi cylinder head as if oil cooler doesn't solve problem in case so called mechanic hasn't torqued head down correct.. Cheers
