200 cell compared to 100 cell cats

Hi just a quickie guys do milltek do the 100 cell sports cat as i can only find 200 cell?? If not is there a big difference between them?? performance wise?

Bin following the R&D thread for a while, very impressed with the effort you're putting in and the regular updates, top job. Out of interest what sort of lifespan would you expect to get out of a 200 cell sports cat?

I would say 5/10 years or 60k - 100k

We use them for STD fitment for the work we do for "A sportscar manufacturer" and have not had a single failure yet

That said, we use the very best quality cats with quite a high chemical loading. This means longer life and better efficancy, but without reducing the airflow.

Its about the same lifespan as a STD cat, maybe a bit less, but not alot

Rik, Im sure your MOT tester will tell you when its getting time for a replacment. What system have you got on yours?

not looking forward to MOT time with emissions though

there is that stuff u can add to fuel, they do it with old cars dont they to get them through
