Dealer exchange unit sounds like the answer, about £180

Has it worked before,
Have you changed anything,
Is it a standard stereo,
Does it appear to play cd's or tune to the radio,
Anything else not working.. suddenly started working?

Sounds stupid but are the speakers connected.. are there speakers there?. (you would be surprised).
