Can anyone confirm that this ISO adaptor is the correct one for a 2002 TDI PD 130?

Also can the blue wire on this adaptor be used for the radio amplifier adaptor?

To fit a replacement radio? You don't need an ISO adaptor - the radio will plug straight in (well my girlfriends Kenwood did)
The inline amplifier can just be joined to the accessory/amp/lecy aerial wire (blue one)

i have the same car and no iso is needed, as said above it should just plug straight in but you will need a aerial booster or the radio reception will be rubbish.

ah odd, my car was originally fitted with the seat dynamic navigation system which no longer worked so I've taken it out and replaced with a Blaupunkt cd/radio/sat nav. when I plugged it in directly it didn't work but I was given an iso adaptor for a vauxhall and it worked with it. funny thing now is the headunit works without the car being on (although this could just be the radio allowing to be on for 30minutes).
I'm looking at this iso adaptor because the current vauxhall one I have is massive and gets in the way at the back

Within the adapter wires is there two cables joined by bullet connectors? Red and Yellow i think? Reverse these - red to yellow and yellow to red, then it should turn off with the key.

I had a load of trouble just with the standard Kenwood loom, and ended up taking the glovebox to bits and swapping the radio for the storage tray. Just don't disconnect the airbag switch in the glovebox (like i did) as it will trigger the airbag warning light on the dash that needs Vagcom to turn off...
