2005 seat Lighter port blows the fuse in 49 stright away

Was using a light port heater to dry up wetness in the back of the car and it was on for a hour before the fuse went but if i try another 15amp fuse in number 49 in the fuse box it goes as soon a i push the fuse in do i need to replace the lighter ? as i think its some how crossing live to neg right now and know idea why or how to fix it ..

I’d suspect an overheated socket has melted something and is causing a short.
