2010 Ibiza FR 2.0L tdi timing belt interval

I have a 2010 60 plate 2.0L tdi FR and it is at 36500 miles . the book says interval is 120000 miles for timing belt change but i thought this seemed high does anyone know if there is a time interval too i am going on holiday to Ireland so will be doing alot of driving and want it doing before i go if it needs doing. i have heard there has been a lot of revised intervals issued by SEAT.

It's 5 years or a guide mileage of 80k.
