It's the same inside as the pre facelift. Which wasn't bad...

Only a couple of subtle changes really

Yup, I will be uploading them to the gallery tomorrow and updating the post.

The other video has me talking, and I hate my voice, so that's going nowhere!

Thanks, looking forward to more pics :)

You can put second video too, I'll mute the sound I promise :p

Sorry to be the downer here, but I really don't like the new shape. I hate the lights and grille.

Maybe seeing one on the road in person would change my mind but that shape at the front no way strikes me as an FR.

Is that the actual final version?

Because it just looks like a base spec with an FR badge stuck on, even the alloys look a bit pants.

Last week, SEATCupra.net were invited to Barcelona for a select unveiling of the New SEAT Ibiza

Dominated by the FR models, the bright sun, and excellent roads lent themselves to just getting out having fun in the sporty wagons!

Lol at the ride height!

The bonnet and plastic front bumper are new. Are those the only new body parts or are the front wings changed as well?

Looks like this facelift didn't cost too much!

It's showroom spec, yes

Lol at the ride height!

To be fair, it is on a hell of a slope & rough ground!

I don't think there's any metal panels changed, other than the bonnet (which is an improvement from the vast expanse of sheet steel)

Pics still coming today? :D Btw any improvements on DSG or Tsi engines?

I'm currently sat in Preston seat and there is a facelift 5dr in the showroom all be it a very basic model. I like the new bumpers, bonnet and lights! Shame there's no fr in, slightly tempted to enquire about one.

see if you can find a part # for the glovebox... I had a look when I was in, but when googling it later it appeared to be the airbag #

Have they got rid of the silver mirrors on all FR's or just the Psuedo ones?
If they stand out way to tell a FR versus FR line I can foresee many sales of silver mirror covers:p

I've read on some review that cars with DSG( 1.4 TSI FR was mentioned) don't have paddles behind steering wheel anymore. Is it true?

I'm glad you brought it up!

It doesn't have flappy paddles, but I couldn't remember if it ever did

It was quite a frustration (having got used to paddles) not to have them - though my Leon doesn't have them, but the engine doesn't need them on that.

As far as I know previous models had them. It would be such a shame to remove them. Half of fun with DSG is driving with paddles...
