I have a 2025 Cupra Leon 1.5 sports tour 272PHEV with a uk Ohme Epod charger 7.8kw and I seem to be suffering lots of issues with getting it to charge correctly in general but especially using Octopusgo intelligent charging in uk. It works fine if I do an immediate ‘max charge’ so clearly it can’t be the cable. if I set it to overnight smart charging in Ohme app and suddenly the car starts reporting error and flashing red on the charging port. It’s hard to know whether it is an issue with the charger or with the software setup in the car itself. I booked it in to be checked out by the local dealer but unsure if that’s gonna make any difference. Anyone else seen issues like that?
Also noticed that the car will never charge at the Cupra advertised up to 50kw no matter how powerful a public charger it is attached to . Best public charging speed on an 175kw shell charger has been 29kw when starting at 0% battery level. Anyone else had similar issues?
