2026 Leon FR ST - Delivery date

Hi all,

I have ordered my 2026 Leon FR ST on the second of february. The deaker is quite vague abut the delivery date, first he said +-8 april but now he send me an e-mail this date could be later. He does not give me more info when I push him about this.

Any experience of lead times and will Seat let me know when they are building the car?

If you order car on spec and not a car that is build in big numbers this will indeed change.
On Dutch seat forum, user mentioned that they orderd car in December but still not made/delivered.

What I know from other brands that a stock car that is build in advance are often be delivered faster. But full spec car they or build on request or build when all the parts are in.
For example if they get 10 HV batteries in per day. They will build 10 hybrides. But if they are selling 20cars per day. Means it can take longer to get it.
Its often that they are not mentioning anything about the reason it delays. But only thing I can think about is that they do not have specific part one of the biggest reasons. Can't think about other reason related to this
