Hi guys, searched through threads with very different answers. I got my 280 In June as an ex demo model which come with most optional extras. It come with Bridgestone RE050A tyres on 19" wheels. I've done 6500 miles and a few laps of the Nurburgring and drove some awesome driving roads in Europe on an epic road trip. I wasn't that impressed by the tyres in the English summer but they performed better on the continent but the weather was much nicer and roads were as well. Since the weather has went down hill as the typical English weather does, the car is becoming more unstable, wheel spinning on gentle pull offs in damp/moist conditions and sliding on simple slow bends/corners. Tyres have 3mm tread left but really want to change them for something that isn't going to cause my death.
Recommendations welcome!
Also a bit of a negative I've found and not sure if it's the same for other people, but when I'm having a bit cupra mode and brake heavy the back end becomes very light and feels very twitchy almost as if it was a RWD. Wonder if this is just the way the brake bias is set up or what not?
Any help would be great
Thanks
David
