290 Remap Dyno Printout

Hi Kids,

I am in the remapping game and also own the 290 black edition 2016. I have had a tuned file in the car for month or so now, and it is is focused purely on getting as much power out of the car without being unsafe for the engine etc. The fuel economy has not been affected at all, but the speed and power is, my oh my, unbelievable.

The car sounds better, finally it pops and burbles which I couldn't get it to do before.











The air temperature was 6 degrees while testing and the car was, and always is, run on optimax fuel.

Nice graph and gains really does transform the car, what map did you go for ? Should give it a try with v power nitro plus

Wow that's some improvement..... I've got a 300 being delivered in March. Shame I've gone for personal lease ... will invalidate lease and guarantee boohoo

What seat don't know won't hurt them, Revo will keep your stock map and flash it back. Mines lease but I reckon I'm buying after the exhaust and up rated intercooler goes on.

Never had seat pick anything up on it

Yeah mine is also a lease, will be going back in 2018, will stick the original file back in and bobs your uncle.

Looking for ECU programming isn't part of the technicians job during a service, would take a real jobsworth to take it out for a spin, notice the gains, then do some snooping...

I have taken the risk on my golf R, Focus RS and now Seat Leon in recent years. not something I worry about at all, especially when enjoying the extra power. honestly is a different animal afterward

Been on the fence for a while now about a remap but after reading more and more about the power gain I really need to bight the bullet. Revo seems the place to go?

Revo is one of the top maps, had Revo on my mk2 RS did 65k miles and no issues what so ever

Are you in the Somerset area? There is a Revo dealer in Bridgwater so I think this is were I will go.

I'm not in Somerset, a fair distance away tbh Cheshire, or I would. Trust me go Revo you'll love it be the best decision you ever made
