30 pin iphone 5 adaptor

I really need some sort of adaptor for my iphone 5 to work with my factory ipod dock in my fr 2007 will this do the trick?

You have to make sure to buy one that does audio and data, I think the only one that does it is the legitimate apple adapter, as the cheaper ebay ones that go for a couple of quid are charging only! You would have to ask argos if this is the adapter direct from apple or a cheap copy.

It looks like a genuine Apple adapter and it will support audio. I use it in my FR
