305mm Discs & Std 16V calipers

305mm discs are for the 4-pot Brembo's off the Mk3 Ibiza Cupra R.

and they won't fit under 16v rims, without using 15mm+ spacers.

That puts an end to that Idea then!!

Wanting to upgrade the brakes when before I tune the engine, going to be about 185-190BHP would uprated Disc's and Pads be enough do you reckon?

Brembo 280mm discs and DS2500 pads would suffice.

grooved 305mm discs, brembo's, ds2500 pads, braided hoses and dot 5.1 is enough for me i thinks!

Mat who had the cooper smooth ibiza got grooved and drilled 280mm disc, G60 calipers (which are basically 16v) and braided hoses on his Mk2 Golf 20vT so I think 190bhp would be safe.
