-40mm golf springs on an LC?

hello
just a quickie today
will it lower the the LC if i fit 40mm golf/bora springs?
think lc's are lower than non cupra so figured they may already be 40mm lower

Will lower for sure. Cupra isn't 40mm lower than normal leons, maybe 20mm

Surely it depends what model gof they came off?

they are std model aftermarket so whatever standard model (se etc) ride height it less 40mm

It depends what engine and spec as weight of engine makes a difference like it does on the leons. ie a 1.4 petrol mk4 golf prob weighs less at the front then a standard 2.0 diesel

I saw you last week parked on the bridge near Morrisons I think?

they dont make springs for every model tho, just generic for the range



could be, my vans black with ladders
missus was parked in front of me too i think in the LC
cant remember what she was going on about now so cant have been important
