You may have to reset your gear linkage... easy enough to do but pulling out the gaiter etc is most annoying!

42 DD Shifter Bushes

Going by the info on the 42DD site, I think they are identical
Also, info on an S3 forum confirms the kit contains the same parts

OK, So there's two kits missing from our website... The MY06 6Speed kit and the MY06-07 6Speed kit.
I'm gonna get these added today, along with some additional pictures to the existing listings that should help people figure out which kind of shifter bushings you require.
From what I can see, You'd need the MY06 ones, but don't quote me on that until I've had a closer look into it

feel sorry for Awesome as there is very little info on these things. bet they must get many returns and issues with them.
Al's double checking if the 003 and 005 kit is the same. i have also bunged an email with pictures over to 42DD USA to double check and query. that open 9 us time so 2 ish over here. might give them a buzz im sure i have an america phone line somewhere i can route calls from

Thank you for your email! From the pictures it looks like you will need the double round kit, the 42-455-005. Yes the 42-455-001, 42-455-003, and 42-455-005 are all the same kit, we just have different part numbers and descriptions to make it easier for the customer to determine the kit they need.
This is similar to the front to back bushing you have.

This is what your front to back bushing would look like if you needed the square front to back.

To me it looks like your front to back is square, and not rectangular.

Hiya mate, I took a chance on the -003 kit and fitted today (with short shifter) with no problems. Good job because I destroyed the original bushings when taking them out!
Shifting feels so much better now, need to give it a fast drive to check it out properly
