I have had my exeo st 2.0 tdi tech, fully loaded and i love the car but really only a 5 digit postcode. Is there anyway to change this to uk standard 7 digit postcode????

Why does every one hate this 5 digit post code thing. I find it only takes an extra 30 seconds to then select the correct street from the list after inputting the post code.

As for you question I believe the only way to upgrade to a full post code is to fit a aftermarket head unit.

Hi Dave, its not that i hate the 5 digit postcode, Just prefer the full uk version. I have done some research and have been informed i can use a firmware update by audi to get the uk postcode system. I will be doing more research on this subject.

As far as the car goes and all its Toys lol, loving it so far and a good run on the motorway got up to 53mpg as cruising speed with cruise turned on. So loving the Exeo so far.

Let us know if the firmware update is successful, I find the the 5 digit post code a limitation of a otherwise decent package, especially after having it in my last car.

Id be interested in this too, totally annoying and makes no sense it being limited to 5!

Yeah that's fair enough I wasn't being funny. Probably just a case of for how often I use it and types of places I want to go with it I find it fine.

Hope you keep us all updated on how the firmware update goes
