Oh, sorry, no its still doing it, strange as it generally wont do it once its really hot. Siagnostics only reads a minus figure on n.o 2 injector saying minus 30 something smooth running, whatever that means???. Going to clean EGR first

Ok guys, been and had EGR valve cleaned, it was caked in black muck, ran ok for 3 days, but back to the hesitation. Now ysing the £2 blanking plate and it is pretty mucj perfect, I guess it is safe to assume that the problem is the EGR, nut if I fit new EGR its gonna happen again?. So should I get this EGR delete done? and if so where near Southampton? it would be nice to feel confedent in someone to do this.

So no more hesitation with the EGR delete / blanking plate

Blanking plate with hole in keeps the EMS light off, but sometimes gives some slight hesitation. Think I'm gonna get a new EGR for my MOT next week?.

low rev hesitation still a pain

Sorry, only seen this message, bit late now. But mine has never really gone for long. It went aftera brand new egr, but only for about 8 weeks then started again. Just cleqned egr really well. Does it ever really work?
