Quick question. When looking for parts or accessories, there is and option for Leon 5F or Leon 5F1.

What's the difference?

If i have got it right...5F1 is 5-door and 5F SC

I tried to find a definitive answer for this question recently, and failed!

I "think" that 5F should be used to cover all variants whilst the following are full model designators;

-5F1 ... Hatchback
-5F5 ... SC (3 door)
-5F8 ... ST (Estate)

Based on nothing more my car's factory build sticker and a couple of sites that use these designators.

Thanks for the reply. After some more digging, it would appear you are correct. The site I was originally on only listed 5F and 5F1.
