HVAC Hose leading to EGR Leaking oil

Hi, I'm hoping for some advice or guidance.
2014 Seat Leon 2.0 TDI CR FR Diesel 184bhp, 5F1, CUPA, 5th Sep 2014
112,658miles on the clock.
Was changing oil and filters yesterday and noticed this pipe was covered in oil (Part Number: 5Q0122157CK).

When I looked it up afterwards it's a coolant pipe, going to the egr?, so it's strange that oil is coming from there. I've cleaned it and will inspect it again tomorrow.
I've attached some pictures and was hoping someone with a bit of knowledge would be able to offer advice or guidance.

Pic 1 and 2 are the rubber hose in question,
Pic 3 is you can see it's been dripping for awhile (That's directly below it)
Pic 4 is of the Hose Cleaned.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'd say you have a leak further up that's making it's way onto that pipe.

Usually it's the turbo outlet pipe o-ring, the pipe that goes from turbo to throttle valve.
