6K or 8K HID's?

whats your opinions,
im after the blueish light effect like on the new cars. is that the 8K?

6k I prefer. 8k is too blue , get reflector types too and buy a decent kit so it don't have mega glare

I went for 6k (which gives an excellent white) in my Leon as i didn't want any trouble from the law!

8 look good,but think 6k is best cos get the bright white and blue tints effect

6k is brighter than 8k. If you want the blue look it's 8k.

8k certainly isn't "oem look". 4.3k or 5k is closest to oem.

Lower the k the brighter, so really max is 8k -5 n' 6k seem more popular
Anything over 8k is asking for trouble

4.5k is the standard halo look op is asking for a factory xenon look am no expert I may be wrong but that's what I heard

yeah, i just wanted to know as to what power lights the newer cars were using, either 6k or 8k and peoples preferances.. i want the blue tint but not sure on how blue it will be at 8k lol so thought perhaps 6.

If you look at my sig picture there my 6k, but from a distance you get the blue tints like what the new cars have
