90bhp to 110bhp??

hi ive go a 90bhp leon tdi s and i want it faster but ive been looking up on it and all i can do is go to a 110 then chip and remap that but.. to get my car to a 110 what will it take ??? ive been told turbo ,ecu and injectors off a 110 will go on and the 20 bhp a good difrence then work with that or is that all bull sh*t can any 1 help thanks ste

I beleive you only need the .205 injectors and a chip to get to about 115hp safely.

but 115 is not quit fast enough is there a way to make my car a 110 my mates 110 got remaped then chiped got a k&n and its dyno at 181 bhp and feels great

Bull.....

110 can be remapped to 150bhp max.
with injectors and a remap you can get around 160-ish
with another turbo you can get up to 180

But you need a stronger clutch for more than 150bhp.

cheap way is a vnt17 off a 130, and my .216 nozzles!

why do you sell the nozzles ? and they will do on my injectors or get 110 1`s
and do you no what i need to fit a vnt17 ie...any changes to ewt or just bult on

No i dont sell nozzles, its just that i imported some nozzles from the States, but i am not using them.
They are top quality ones and not the crappy chinese copies, all the guys from www.tdiclub.com use them.
The ones i have are 0.216 nozzles, which are a stage up on the 0.205 from the 110, with an electronic bleed on your car to 18psi, you should see 130bhp with these.
