95,97,99 Ron

Hi guy's,

I'd like your thoughts on petrol comparison.

I have used Shell VPower Nitro obviously 97 Ron in my 1.8Tsi Leon

Should I try 99 Ron?

Shell Vpower nitro is 99 Ron but I would only use it in a car with 200bhp+ As I doubt you see the difference performance wise.

Any car with a turbo should benefit from higher octane.

If in doubt just run what it says on the fuel cap.

If the figures quoted by APR and others are to believed then the "180" TSI engine is actually chucking out in excess of 190bhp ex-factory when run on 98+ RON.
