A Bit Strange

since fitting the blueflame turbo back system ive had a strange code appear in the ecu

lammba sensor bank one below effincey
badger 5 seen the code on saturday and cleared the code
just check the codes tonight and it came up with the same again has any one seen the same with fitting a high flow sports cat
should i change the lamba sensor the first one

i dont want to knacker my sports cat im going to change the 1st lamba sensor to see if that stops the code poping up i get no EPC light come on ever and never had

you might get away with letting it readapt, if not..... go to jabba and they can "tweak " the sensor to not throw a fault. ive heard spacing it out also stops the fault showing.

It is plugged in isnt it?

Whats the number code that comes with it? And yeah you can space it out abit to allow less exhaust flow past it, but this sounds like its reading low anyway.

i cant see there being much point spacing out the pre cat sensor.....

it wont be the maf , there is a brand new one on there , and bill badger 5 logs it , so i think he would know if the maf was gone

changed the lamba sensor today so hopefully no fault code put the car through a emissions test today it past but only just

lamba was fine
hc was fine
co was right on the limit
had to get the car mega warm for it to go through but it did
