you can get cheaper ones but these come with one year warranty plus are from uk

Yeah I think those are the ones I have and they do throw an error even though they say "error free".

What resistors did you use nath?

I found them in my shed so I don't have a link. 10w 39ohm ones with an aluminium heatsink built into them. A|s said you may as well just use the 5w bulb that you are removing as the temps are the same and poked up inside the bumper you can't see any light from it.
