What exhaust manifold fits the mk2 ibiza?

Does the mk3 golf 16v manifold fit? Or do people use the mk2 16v fannymold?

Mk3 golf will fit but you need to modify the bulk head with a sledge hammer to make room

I remember seeing a vid on YouTube of Roly (Ben) and F2Stu fitting one to his Cordy SX. They used a long section of scaffolding pole.

I've got one on mine (in fact Dave's old one), Saxon Motorsport fitted it for me.

He may send you to his sister company "Power Speed" exhaust place, they built my complete system (manifold to full system). Top work & lovely piece of workmanship. He does test his systems on rollers so they do know what works for VAG lumps

Can I ask how much the full system & manifold cost you?

I've been quoted £280 for a 2.5" cat back at another garage

Considering they are both ABF engines is there actually a differnce between the SEAT Exhaust manifold and downpipe opposed to the VW Golf GTI MK3 item?

Yes the Ibiza's bulk head goes lower than the Golf's, hence why a mk3 manifold means "modifying" the bulk head on the Ibiza.

Or the correct manifold means the Ibiza's need a slightly longer downpipe.

There isn't one! People are using the mk3 golf aftermarket manifold because there isn't one available for the Ibiza.

tsr were doing one i was in talks with them and then all of a sudden they didnt reply anymore strange thing is they could have sold 10+ easy from here meaning it was worth there while
