Adaptive cruise control - why doesn’t it start?

First long trip in my new Leon and ran into an issue using the ACC in stop start traffic. Most of the time it crawled along before coming to a stop when the car in front stopped, when they moved off it set off again. However, sometimes it just wouldn’t set off again without a dab of the accelerator.

Any ideas?

Yeah. Mine does this too. I suspect there’s a software timer that requires a throttle dab to resume if the car has been stationary for more than a few seconds.
