Hi,

I recently purchased a Leon 2.0 TDi ST LUX DSG, it's a MK3 on a 20 plate with 28k miles on the clock, when I collected the car it stated the adblue range was 4500 mile, I've now driven for 1100 mile but the adblue range is still showing 4500 mile, is this okay or do I have a fault with the system?

Thanks
Paul

My 2.0TDI ST DSG was showing 3500 miles range, with 3.5 litres top up quantity when I bought it. Topped it up with 3.5litres of adblue as per the display, and the range went up to 5000 miles. That was last June, and 2000 miles ago.......it's still showing 5000 miles now. Don't worry about it, when it starts to drop, you'll see it drop pretty rapidly in comparison.

EDIT - 2500 miles after filling it to a range showing of 5000 miles, it has just dropped to showing a range of 4500 miles

I had this with our Ateca

Was showing 3500 miles to empty

3500 miles later it was still showing the same

Turns out it had been remapped and the adblue mapped out!

I had it put back to stock as it was a crap map and using way too much fuel. It then started using adblue
