Its an Audi (I know I need to wash my mouth out) but Seat's are now classed as super small

I know Audi's have hard paint, and even new ones come with factory installed swirls, I know this as this one won't be on the road till Thursday its an 07 plate.

The owner booked me before he ordered it as he knows how he wants his cars to look. He called me last weekend and said it was in at the dealers, and they agreed to me going to prep the car at theirs rather than transport it to the owners and back again. Well today came and so did the rain, not the ideal weather to do a full machine polish, except the dealers then said due to the rain I could work in their workshop :funk:

I didn't get any before shots as time was against me, it had to be finished before 5pm when the shut. The process was full spray foam twice, clay bar (yep new cars have contaminants) rotary polish with Menz PO106FF and megs yellow polish pad, PC and blue DAS pad and Swissvax cleaner fluid. Swissvax Zuffenhusen (german paintwork spec) wax. Wheels with Swissvax Autobahn wax, Pneu on the tyres, then the interior was also sorted and carpets treated with Chemical Guys Fabric Guard, leather cleaned and conditioned with Gliptone. And finally the glass polished.

OK enough of the talking a few pics including a couple of close ups showing a now defect free body.

Monster motor, brilliant job Gary.

But I've said it before, and I'll say it again now. Its disgusting the customer has spent all that money on a 'premium product', but knows that they still have to pay a pro-detailer to go and do that before its delivered. I can't believe dealers get away with it!

i have the same problem with my black magic ibiza, covered in swirl marks from the day it had 4 miles on the clock, its shocking really, but the finish youve got n that is awesome.

plus i now know what to get if i want the ugliest car ever seen
