Aftermarket steering wheel (resistor)

Hey, planning on fitting my nardi wheel at some point this week (when the boss kit arrives). Was just wondering if any of you guys know what resistor I will need to stop the airbag light coming on? And also where does it fit? Seen guides on how to remove airbag and how to remove wheel but not any for fitting resistors or what resistor to use. Any help would be great thanks.

From memory think you need 2.2ohm, will see if I can find the specs stored somewhere in my bookmarks

Can't find the thread at the moment, one was on Audisport about airbag resistance and there was a full fitting guide on vwvortex,saved it for when I get round to replacing steering wheel.

Well I put a 2.2ohm in and reset the fault codes and checked them again as the airbag light was still on it's saying that the "resistance to airbag is to high" so anyone have any ideas?

I'm fitted steering wheel without resistor and it's not showing any airbag lights!
