AHHHH!!! No power to anything!!

today i tought that it was a nice day to fix my electric window after a 45 min mission tyring to remove the door card i found a guide here, then i dismantled the door and tried to put the window back in its runner when the wire that controls the up/down motion of the window come out of its reel , so i had to remove the elec window motor , any way as i was inbetween doing things i realised that there was a TICKING noise coming from the dash board and all the LCD displays (milage, trip counter & Time) were flashing RAMDOMLY so i tried to fire the LITTLE TART up and there was nothing just the fisrt click of the starter motor!
so can someone please me as the car now has no power and the rear window is down!!!

as you may have relised i forgot to disconnect the power!!

is the battery dead? it sounds like theres no power in the battery for one reason or another

NO it dont seem to be its sparking as i connect it up again and there is the EPC, ESP, starting motor, and the battery light is dim.

then when i turn it nothing stays on!!

not even the stereo works

connect the jump leades to another car and see if you have power then.

if not......i'm baffled.

check the earth point at the battery maybe? thats the kind of sign i gives when a battery is flat. as in theres a bit f power there... enough to light the lights on the dash, but when you start it over, the drain to the startr motor is too much and thus turns everyting off
