Seat Leon FR, air conditioning works, then blower stops. Increase temp blower works, I can then slowly decrease temp and "chase" the blower. Have changed external temp switch. Cannot for the love of god find the evaporator temperature sensor (G308), the instructions are so vague, can any one please provide a video or better diagram so I can change it.

Are you certain it is not low on gas? I had these symptoms: a/c worked fine for the first 30-45 minites of a journey, then airflow from vents would stop almost entirely. A/c would then work perfectly later on after a rest. No fault codes. A halfords free a/c check confirmed low gas, and it worked fine for after a top up.
I believe the evaporator can freeze up when the system is low on gas.

Would be worth rechecking the pressure as it may have leaked out since the regas.
It was half full, now full so I used an OBD reader, got a fault code for Air Flow flap Motor Actuator jammed.
Thats what I am trying to do atm, in the manual its shown on the right hand side however, its located on the right hand side behind the fuse board. The fuse board holder is fixed in 2 positions, I have the lower one but can't locate see the upper.
It was half full, so had it re-gassed. The air Recirculation Flap is only closing and not opening[code confirms it]. So I'm trying to replace now, its sat behind the internal fuse board, unlike where the manual shows [on the right], can't access from below, trying to get the fuse board holder out the way....its great fun in this weather.
I've had this issue on mine for the fresh air flap getting stuck, along with the drivers lower footwell flap actuator.
I was able to replace the drivers foot well actuator quite easy. under the centre console an side trim, 10-20min job.
the recirculation one is a bit more of a pain. and needs the glove box out, radio unit, and cabin air filter out to see it. possible the blower motor? Didn't actually replace actuator for one this as couldn't find out how to. I only found guides for Left hand drives, but I was able to get it un stuck and reworking again, by dropping the glove box and all other stuff and taking the cabin filter.
closest video thing I could find was for a Left hand drive VW Jetta MkV I know its old. I couldn't find any video's for a right hand drive car, not the same i know but its enough to give you an idea. AC recirculatory motor flap
make sure you do the flap recalibration after its done, this was about 1hr-2hrs all in.
Edit/ Apparently you should be able to access the recirc flap motor from the engine bay under the skuttle panel, but it does mean removing the wipers, and all that trim, I was mid heat wave when I did it and didn't have a anywhere coved to try it so chose to go try via the glove box

I removed glove box etc, the one on the right is easy, AC recirculatory motor flap is on top of the blower unit and closes fine, but it won't open. the motor is behind the fuse board, which is easy enough to remove, but the fuse board holder isn't, so I can't get access. I can't see all the bolts that fix it in place so its going into a garage, can't waste anymore time on it.
