Air Conditioning re-gas

Hi does any body know how much gas should go in to the 2001 cupra mine is playing up and temp sensor seems ok and fuses are good.

so im going to get the gas topped up but i cant find the how much to put in i only have an old autodata 2003 and it not in there.

dont laugh but kwikfit does re-gassing.
i think its about £44.
