Alexa App Update

The past few times I’ve came to the car it tells me there is an update for Alexa

I’ve tried every time to update it but it does not go through! To be perfectly honest I want to delete it and can’t even do that!

Any pointers?

I just checked mine and no option to update Alexa. I only downloaded it a couple of weeks ago so not sure if I had an updated version already?

What's the app like in the time you've used it? Would be interested to know if it's actually worth the faff of installing over just using the wireless android auto ?

I'm the same. When it try to go to the store it says i need toi activate it in the Cupra connect app, but there isn't any sign of it in the app.

Wouldn't waste my time. I want to delete it but cant

I like it. Am only using it for music and like how it works.

I have the exact same issue! It won’t update and the delete and open options don’t work either!

Mine is still the same
