wee update! went to the scottish national meet at crail yesterday and was a brilliant day! took the car down the 1/4 mile a few times and managed to get a 14.63! was more than happy with that for the time being. set that time in the morning and as the day went on and got warmer the car started to lose time and i ended up in the 15s after getting 14s all morning, obviously down to the shockingly small standard side mount
seriously need to change it car was cooking after each run and had to let it cool for ages between runs! hopefully get a front mount soon and put that on along with my de-cat DP and then 4 bar FPR and stage 2 map
got a few new pics thanks to Guffers wee bro!!
will try and get a pic of other bits n bobs ive done since my phones decided to start workin again!

my mk4 golf pd150 with nothing but a remap and coilovers managed a 15.0
infact........ i remember you taking a couple of vids of me going down the strip, i have them saved on my computer
a 14.6 is a decent time alex...... thats only 0.3 off the fastest i managed in my LCR.
mind you that was with a clutch starting to slip too lol
Once i get the cooler n stage 2 sorted i think ill get the times down, could feel the car suffering from heat soak pretty badly, alot worse than on the road and even then i can feel it haha actually got decent launches a few time and managing not to spin at all in second most times did u see my kate stall my other mates mk5 gti? well 312s are on and i think theyll do the job might need a servo off of a leon cupra or something as the pedal travels a bit further before they bite but once they bite they are mental haha nearly put myself through the windscreen first time i tried them
got a picture of them fitted although its not great, will get better ones shortly (i know the callipers need repainted )
