Alloy wheels polish?

Hi, I have just ordered some new matt black alloys.
I was wondering what stuff is best to protect them and best to keep the brake dust away?
Can I use normal car polish? or is there a proper wheels sealer/polish?

Matt black you say... i wouldnt put any normal wheel sealant / polish or wax on them, it will ruin the finish making it look patchy, similar to the finish you get when polish / wax gets on the plastic trim.

You need something specific for a matt finish

Chemical Guys Meticulous Matte Detailer - £12.95

There are also options from Swissvax and Zymol but it really depends on your budget.

As for cleaning... i would give them at least 3 coats of your chosen sealant and then try to not use anything but a very mild shampoo to clean them on a weekly basis.
