Chaps, would mk3 ibiza cupra 2002 alloys be a straight swap for the 16" factory white multi spokes I have now? Thinking to grab a bargain if they do.
Also, has anyone got any tip top tips in resurrecting my 10 year old white alloys? Apart from a full on refurb...
Would polish bring them back to life though? I have neglected them over the years and after rekindling my love for the car, I want to buff them up again. Would an acidic compound take off the crud/tar etc? Is there a "miracle" product out there??
Never mind. Got 4x 16" Oz F1 evos with brand new yokohama tyres all in A1 condition, all for £85! Fits a dream and looks great! I am happy! Very happy!!

I'll take some this evening if you like. I was chuffed!! Ebay has its moments! Though they have been refurbed after closer inspection. Also gave me a real chance to scrub the white ones. So much easy off the car and came up a treat! Elbow grease is PRICELESS! Almost all ground in dirt came off. 1 day per wheel though!!!
Managed to pop out and take these. Let me know if you think they look ok... Im not sure they suit the car. Mind, I have been used to it with the white ones for over 8 years!
Still a bargain, and great as backup/spares. They are also "multi fit" wheels, so 4 more holes than really necessary.
Also, am I stupid?? Why can I not get my pics to show in my posts? I can only link to them........
I prefer the Multi Spokes- get them repainted in anthracite- that would look awesome!
when your posting- use the Insert Image(mountain lookie likey) icon rather than the Hyperlink Icon(World & Paperclip)
and you should get it like this! voila
You will need to put the shortcut of the pic- i normally get this by right clicking on the full pic and copy location or click properties and the path will be there. the path for the below pic is..
Anyway... Alas, I agree that the multispokes are better. I will make the most of the tyres on this new set while I refurb. It does look a bit too chav to me! It looks like Ive tried too hard, where I didnt really try at all!!
Ill stick with white, anthracite doesnt appeal, they never seem "clean" and distinct enough for my liking. Call me a prude if you will!
Thanks for the posting pics tip. I feel a little silly
