Altea Soon to be gone!

Well guys! the time has come as many of you probably predicted recently.
I have done a deal on a new car so the Altea will be going in the next few weeks.

I pick up my Audi A4 Avant 1.9TDi S-Line on the 1st of December!! Cant wait!!!

The Altea has been an excellent car really and quite fun to drive... But its time to move on!

Please see my for sale section as i have LOADS of stuff thats coming off!

Yeh, PD130, but should map up quite nice..

its not about the speed anyway, more to do with the look

Nice car Chris! you'll miss the 2.0 grunt though,but i think the A4 will put the power down better,my mate owned a Revo one,an it would grip well compared to my Altea!
Was you Altea mapped?

yeh, The Altea was mapped for about 9 months before it broke and then i took it off.
Was fun, but way too much torque to put down to the road.

its the same as the flipping EXEO, just a third of the price (i also didn't want another 2.0 TDi!!)

Are they too much mapped then? Looking to buy a Altea tdi fr for the Mrs.

They have some lovely overtaking power! obviously as stated above if the accelerator is an on off switch,they will spin the tyres in 1st 2nd and 3rd in the wet
But its not instant,its controlable if you know what i mean!

Its a B6 Actually, just couldn't quite stretch to a B7.

Had all the alloys tided up last week before the car goes next month as the Mrs kerbed a couple of them really bad...

I only go an kerb one of them this morning when leaving the hotel! Followed by reversing it into a barrier in a car park! My Audi cant come soon enough at the min!


Also just wanted to remind everyone that i still have loads of stuff for sale in my FS thread, feel free to drop me an email if you want to discuss anything! i dont bite!

I only go an kerb one of them this morning when leaving the hotel! Followed by reversing it into a barrier in a car park! My Audi cant come soon enough at the min!

Nothing that a quick polish wont fix! It was my own fault as i thought i knew better than the parking sensors!!

should be able to sort the alloys myself
