HI ,newbie to the site,need some help, my 2011 altea has put an airbag error light on ,also the horn is us ,as are some of the controls on the steering wheel, i have seen the probs with the connections under the drivers seat for the air bag are the others connected ,thanks for any replies

I have a 4 year oldseat altea and I have the same problem. The airbag light is on, the horn doesnt work and the controls on steering wheel doesnt work. It is out of warrenty and I have now been quoted over £300 to repair by seat dealer in Belfast. Had the car since 1 year old and this is the third major problem with this car. I will not be buying a seat model again nor going to the dealer in Belfast for any other car
