Amp settingsq

Was mentioned to me there may be different amp settings as I have an external amp to power a sub. Does anyone know if there is this in VAG com, and where?

Yeah mate as i said, just have a play with the crossover and gain etc on the amps dials. VAG COM only affects what the cars ECU is directly connected too...
