got a price from tps £100

also tried the venting method been to somerset and back & work and got about 330 miles from half a tank , will see for the rest

well after last nites spirited drive against the mrs megane 120 tdi

ive affected the fuel results as its now down to a 1/4 tank left

ive developed a squeek like noise from the front pass side suspension

also car was too low for the 4poster to change the droplink , so am going to sort it tonight on my uncles ramps at his garage


also picked up some aircon conditioner from tescos , and have made the musky smell disappear so carplans products are not all cack

Really good stuff that Carplan aircon thing!

I saw it in halfords for £10 last summer, got it on ebay for £5 and thought I had a bargain

But then a few weeks later it was in Aldi for £1.99!!! So I stocked up on a few

ok so, i had the over the pit earlier and carnt work out the difference in the roll bars unless vag changed the designs ??

heres some pics

the only thing i can think off is that they habe changed the design , as per photo above the one has completely sheared off

so the original bolt wont fit through the new hole

any ideas

also forgot to mention i found out the rattle i have on the car , especially when shutting engine off , turns out some numpty had for goten to attach the metal fuel rail to the rocker cover and has been vibrating ,

anyone know if the bolts holding this cover down needs to be at a certain torq tight ???
