Got myself a set of star bits and had a go at adjusting the door striker plate myself...and door is now fixed permanently.
It's not how tight the door is held that matters...its how high (vertically) the striker plate is set.
too high and the door will hit it every time its closed, too low and it doesnt support the door's weight (door hangs on the hinges, thus moves about when the body shell flexes). Much trial and error gets it to the point of 'Just right'.
