Not done mine yet but if you read about FMIC they almost always recommend one with pipework from either end not 2 at one end if makes sense Particularly for the LCR as it has 2 side mounted as standard so diff layout to Golf

Twin pass is fine for a cupra, but they can be restrictive flow wise. If your planning on a bigger turbo single pass would be better.

mine's twin pass, didn't have to cut any bumper, sat behind crash barrier 'just', i got universal pipes off ebay, alloy elbows etc, i'd rather change them for silicon elbows as the metal are too rigid, its a bit of a tight squeeze which would have been easier with all silicon elbows and metal couplers, got the map sensor from forge, that now sits above the pancake pipe behind drivers side wheel arch.

Got any pics pal? I'm interested in going down the custom(-ish) route!

only OE pipes kept was the hose from throttle body down to OE intercooler and from the pancake pipe back to charge pipe, tho i'd like to get rid of that pancake pipe as its just gotta be a restriction.
