Hi guys. I've just picked up a 2013 Seat Leon FR 184 tdi. Picked iy up on the Thursday, remapped it on the Friday. DNA remap. Still deciding on a ego and dpf removal?
This is my first Seat. Ive previously had a VW Passat for a few years. Looking forward to playing with the leon now! I need to update my media software next. and maybe maps. Also I've only got standard 17" FR wheels. I might look for some 18" original FR wheels. Keeping the car OEM as possible.
thanks guys. ill contribute and help in anyway I can in the future. As the forums are our best way of information.
I also have vagcom, if anyone in South Wales needs to use it. I haven't tried it with the Seat yet.

updating maps will involve cash, as it seems that only a dealer can activate the new SD card successfully. I expect your VW had the "mapcare" scheme that seat UK don't subscribe to ?

Congrats on the new car, I'm finding my Leon great!
I'd be careful about the DPF removal, it's being really cracked down on now!

If you wanted a DPF removal you should have specified that option when you bought the car. I think it is called a 1.8 TSI :p

Haha. Of course I am joshing - but if you are worried about DPF issues then clearly a diesel was the wrong choice.
