This problem returned, I've reached the conclusion that it doesn't work at 14V but it works at 12V.

When the engine is off it works, when I start the car the window works untill like 5 or 6 seconds after starting, then it has that odd behaviour.

Getting the door panel off and on is a real swine of a job. You will need lots of long Torx and trim panel removal tools. An eBay secondhand motor is about £35-£45. Make sure you get a UK spec motor as the one I got from Germany goes down for up and up for down

hello,

if you want to put your motor working correctly you have to change the coding.

try the reverse
if you have 000000 try 020000 and the oposite

If someone told me a year ago I would be able to replace a window motor I would tell them "you are crazy"... I've lerned a lot this past year :)

It's done 54€ a second hand unit on ebay.de and I replaced it today.

I dismantled the old one but couldn't find what is wrong, here is a picture if someone is curious:

Next thing to solve, door lock, wich seems more difficult :(

Edit: as always there is one little thing that didn't go as planed :S

Ended up damaging this. no idea how, it's one of the things I know is there and keeps my head working because I like everything perfect but i will have to live with it lol

Door lock replaced. It was easier than I tought... it was a bit harder to remove than the window motor... I had to unscrew the guide so I could move it to make space to remove the door lock but didn't remove it... The window guide has two screws one below the door lock screws and another one you have to remove the two little triangles one in the inside to remove the bolt that secures the outside triangle and the other at the outside is by pushing down (first you have to remove the bolt below the interior triangle), the bolt that secures the guide is below the outisde triangle.

I had to buy a tool to remove the door lock bolts because you can't do it with normal torx.
