Another T.I.P question

Hi guys can't find my answer. I'm getting my TIP fitted soon and have noticed some people fitting a spacer to to the water pump to get clearence without having to cut it down. Does anyone know the dimensions for the spacer? I know its about 1/4'' thick but that's it. Thanks for any help Adam

I just bent the pipe a little. Didn't fit any spacers

I ment I bent the metal water pipe. Was a pig to get in though.

Just fitted mine today an have to say it was a total crapper of a job, all u need to do is remove the Allan key nut holding the water pipe to the block then u should get it in no bother. I fitted it like that fully then decided to trim it, trimmed the bottom down at the turbo an also at the dv etc just to make it look tidyer, if u ask me it's made to be to big for that very resin so u can trim an get the perfect fit.

Got mine fitted today by the garage took the easy option. Plus got my Blueflame and 008 fitted while it was in there. Did the n249 bypass when I got it home! Very happy feels and sounds so much better. Just waiting on my Jetex filter now
